Oatmeal with almonds and apple chunks makes a deliciously filling breakfast when you're in a hurry.
Ingredients:
1 (1 ounce) packet instant oatmeal, unsweetened
1/2 cup hot milk or water
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 red apple, cored and roughly chopped
1/4 cup whole natural almonds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons honey
Directions:
1. Empty oatmeal packet into a small serving bowl. Add hot milk or water and almond butter; stir. Top with chopped apples, almonds, cinnamon and honey.
