~ Sweets for the Sweetheart ~ Ingredients:
1 cup pecans |
6 (oz.) semi-sweet chocolate |
4 tablespoon bourbon |
8 tablespoons butter |
1 pound powdered sugar |
parafin |
combine pecans and the bourbon,let set for about 3 to 4 hours for the pecans to absorb the bourbon flavor. |
cream butter,powdered sugr with mixer,add bourbon and pecan mixture. |
roll mixture into small balls,chill for a couple of hours. |
melt chocolate,add a small amount of parafin. |
heat untl melted. |
dip balls into chocolate and place on wax lined sheet,place in refrigerator for a short while. |

4. Leaving four tablespoons for you,he grabs the bourbon,hugging the bottle to his chest,sets with a'Caplunk',feverishly scratching his head thinking...how in the heck did that happen!!
