Healthy fruit snacks for Valentines day
Ingredients:
1 cantaloupe
1 honeydew melon
1/2 watermelon
1 (6 ounce) container plain low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
1. cut fruit into 1 thick slices.
2. Using a heart shaped cookie cutter, cut hearts from melon slices.
3. Poke a hole in each heart with a toothpick, going top to bottom.
4. Thread fruit on ice-pop sticks.
5. Make dip:.
6. Stir together yogurt, orange-juice and honey until well combined.
7. Serve with hearts.
