Cut out sugar cookies Ingredients:
6 tablespoons butter |
6 tablespoons confectioners' sugar |
1 egg yolk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup shifted flour |
Directions:
1. cream the butter and sugar together thoroughly. add the egg yolk and vanilla, beat well. Stir in flour. on a lightly floured surface, roll out dough 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick. cut out hearts with a cookie cutter and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. decorate with candy sugar. bake for 5-7 min at 350.
