This snack is absolutely yummy and made healthy by frying in olive oil. think it'd affect the fries? NO. Try this!
Ingredients:
potatoes(as many as preferred)
olive oil
salt
pepper
garlic salt
cayenne powder
basil leaves
Directions:
1. Wash then peel the potatoes.
2. Slice the potatoes thinly(the thinner, the crispier) or as preferred.
3. Wash the sliced potatoes twice in water. Drain after washing.
4. Place in a bowl.
5. Put the salt, pepper, garlic salt, cayenne powder, and basil leaves to the potatoes in the bowl. The flavour(hot, salty etc.) depends on the amount of salt(more salty), cayenne(hotter) etc. you put.
6. Then Mix altogether.
7. Deep-fry potatoes in a pan with pre-heated Olive oil.
8. Cook until crispy and light golden brown.
9. When cooked, put in a strainer to remove oil, then serve.
