Healthy Yogurt and Fruit Breakfast

Another quick and healthy everyday breakfast idea.
Ingredients:
1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup blueberries (can use fresh or frozen can also substitute blueberries for any type of berry)
2 tablespoons walnuts (chopped)
Directions:
1. Pour vanilla yogurt into a bowl.
2. Add berries to yogurt. If you are using frozen berries, defrost them for 1/2 to 1 minute in the microwave and drain off excess liquid.
3. Stir in walnuts.
4. Enjoy!
