Healthy Version of Baked Potato Soup with Onions

A healthier version of my other Baked Potato Soup w/onions. This is a wonderful soup great in the winters. Easy to make a wonderful taste.
Ingredients:
2 cup nonfat milk
1/4 cup nonfat yogurt
1 cup vegetable broth
1/4 cup onions
1 large potato
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 pepper
1/3 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, place potato in oven for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cube. Remove skin if you do not like the skin.
2. In a large pot cook milk on medium heat and whisk in flour
3. Stir constantly until milk thickens
4. Add all remaining ingredients except
5. Cook on medium-low to low, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes.
