Healthy Turkey Breast Tacos

A healthy version of traditional tacos. If you add sour cream or guacamole, don't forget to add on the calories.
Ingredients:
1/2 pound turkey breast, ground
1/2 cup onions
1/2 cup green peppers
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp hot sauce
4 taco shells
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
Directions:
1. Crumble and cook the turkey, with the onions and green peppers, in a non stick pan, until no pink shows in the meat and the onions are translucent.
2. Add the seasonings and stir.
3. Cook for 5 minutes.
4. Pile into taco shells with lettuce and tomato.
