Healthy Turkey Bacon Melts

Fast and easy and different. Low in fat, and a good mix of protein and carbs. if you need more protein, add half a fried egg white to each one.
Ingredients:
3 slices turkey bacon
1 whole wheat english muffin
2 slices tomatoes
2 slices low-fat cheese
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 400f degrees.
2. cook turkey bacon according to package.
3. place muffin halfs face up on baking sheet. top each with slice of tomato, cheese, and 3 half slices of the turkey bacon.
4. bake in oven for 3 to 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
5. serve and enjoy!
