Healthy tuna steak, rice and veg
Ingredients:
85 g fresh tuna steaks, grilled
75 g brown rice, boiled
105 g frozen peas and carrots, boiled
Directions:
1. boil rice - 20 minutes.
2. 5 mins to go grill tuna and but peas and carrots in the boiling rice.
3. serve your healthy meal :) - easy!
