Ingredients:
16 ounces silken tofu
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 bananas, very ripe ones
2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
Directions:
1. Blend tofu and bananas in a blender.
2. Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
3. Pour the chocolate into the blender, blend well.
4. Add the vinegar to the blender.
5. Mix until all of the ingredients are combined.
6. Pour mixture into a shallow dish.
7. Refrigerate for three hours.
