  • 2 cloves garlic

Directions:

  1. Sautee onions and garlic
  2. Add pumpkin (or other vege)
  3. Sautee briefly and season
  4. Add water (enough to come to abobout 2 below where the veges sit)
  5. Cook untill veges are soft
  6. Blend
