Healthy Strawberry Milkshake

This is a healthy version of a strawberry shake! Adapted from Vegetarian Times magazine. This could be Canadian or acually African too.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup milk
1/4 cup soft tofu (or use ice cream if you don't want the soy)
1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tablespoon ground flax seed (optional)
2 teaspoons wheat germ (optional)
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in the blender. Process until smooth anad frothy.
2. Pour into a tall glass, and drink immediately. Enjoy!
