THESE MUFFINS TASTE LIKE THEY ARE MADE WITH LOTS OF BUTTER AND SXUGAR THEY ARE REALLY TASTY
Ingredients:
3/4 rolled oats
1 cup flour i used half spelt half wheat flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 egg
2 ripe bannanas smashed
1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 cup veg oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup honey
1tblsp molasses
pinch salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips
optional; 1/2 cup coconut or nuts of your chioce
Directions:
1. MIX WET AND ADD TO DRY, BAKE AT 350 IN LINED BAKING CUPS
