I try to work out in the mornings, and this is a light breakfast that won't bog me down but gives me the energy to get through the work out.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt
1/2 apple
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 -2 teaspoon agave nectar
Directions:
1. chop the apple.
2. combine all ingredients in a bowl.
3. eat!
