Healthy Pumpkin Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies

I got this recipe from my son's preschool lesson from Horizons, I tweaked it to dark chocolate to make it a little healthier. These are more of a cake consistency puffy cookie.
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 (12 ounce) bag dark chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix ingredients in order listed.
3. Drop spoonfulls on ungreased cookie sheet (or silicone mat).
4. Bake for 12-15 mins until puffy and cooked through.
