Healthy Protein Cookies low-fat & high protein
Ingredients:
6 egg whites ( 3/4 cup)
1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
2 tbsps water
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsps peanut butter, all natural
1 cup oats
3/4 cup wheat bran
4 scoops whey protein, chocolate flavour (124 g)
2 tsps cinnamon
1/2 cup goji beries
Directions:
1. (substitute goji berries with any dried fruit craisins, raisins, figs, prunes, apricots and add a handful of pumpkin seeds if you like a crunch)
2. Mix all ingredients together and scoop onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet
3. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
