Healthy Peanut Butter Balls

These don't have chocolate, but they have flax, oat bran, rolled oats etc. My 3 yo helps me make these and can easily take a few out of the fridge when he's hungry.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup quick-cooking oatmeal or 3/4 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup oat bran
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup ground flax seeds
1 cup honey
1 1/2 cups dry milk
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. You may have to mix by hand. I've found it helps to mix with your hands much like kneading dough. It's a little dry, so you may have to add a tiny bit of milk or oil to keep it together.
2. Roll into 1-inch balls and store in airtight container in the fridge. You may roll them in wheat germ or powdered sugar if you like.
