This is such a great smoothie packed with nutrients! It has an odd array of flavors, but they work to make a very tasty smoothie. I make this almost daily!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup sliced frozen peaches
2 -3 teaspoons reduced-fat peanut butter (smooth)
1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
2 -3 teaspoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon wheat germ (if you don't mind the texture)
