Healthy Oatmeal Cookies

This is my Mama's recipe. These are so good with a glass of milk or hot cup of coffee....
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of self rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup of canola oil
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of skim milk
1/4 cup of egg beaters or 2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups of old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 cup raisins(optional)
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda.
2. Stir dry ingredients together
3. Combine oil, milk, egg whites, vanilla and mix into dry ingredients
4. Mix really well and add oatmeal, pecans, and raisins
5. Drop by teaspoonfuls at least 1 apart on a greased cookie sheet
6. Bake at 375 for 10 mins. depending on your oven
