yummy healthy miso soup that i added protine to because i didnt have tofu on hand.
Ingredients:
4 cups water
1 cup bonito flakes
3 tablespoons miso
4 shiitake mushrooms
16 small scallops
8 medium shrimp
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Directions:
1. make dashi stock by adding dashi flakes to the water . bring to boil set aside to cool when flakes float to bottom discard.
2. to make the soup.
3. bring broth to boil.
4. add mushrooms cook for one minute.
5. reduce heat add miso.
6. stir till dissolve.
7. then stir in soy and add shrimp ans scallops.
8. till cook
9. serve 2 shrimp and 4 scallop to each person.
