Healthy Mediterranean Feta Dip #1 (Spicy)

I ate this at a Bulgarian restaurant and it was simply delicious. I think I came pretty close to the original recipe by mixing my own ingredients and proportions. My husband and I like to enjoy this dip with a nice glass of red wine.
Ingredients:
3/4 crumbled feta cheese
1 cup yogurt
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 large garlic cloves (smashed and finely chopped)
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 fresh dill, sprigs (chopped) (optional)
Directions:
1. In a bowl using a strainer and paper towel drain the yogurt from excess water for about 30 minute.
2. In a separate bowl mix the above ingredients including the drained yogurt.
3. Serve with warm pita bread (or tortillas) wedges brushed with olive oil.Bon Apetit!
