rub the inside of a wooden bowl with a garlic clove (thats cut in half) |
line the bowl with a bed of lettuce (use your favourite - i like iceberg) |
place on top of the lettuce |
4 small tomatoes – cut in quarters |
1 cup of shredded cooked green beans |
6-8 small potatoes, cooked in skin and cut in half |
2 hard-boiled eggs cut in quarters (optional) |
1 green pepper cut in thin strips |
1 medium onion cut in thin slices. |
10-12 calamata olives (i like more so add as many as you like) |
250g feta cheese, cubed or crumbled |
