Healthy Homemade Tomato Soup

Healthy tomato soup with some zip
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
kosher salt
2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
basil
oregano
italian seasoning
Directions:
1. Heat Oil in large 3 quart sauce pan. Add onions, celery, garlic. Saute until soft. Add tomatoes-Don't Drain off liquid. Add seasonings. Simmer for about 20 minutes, until begins to reduce. Using an immersion blender, blend to desired consistency. Serve.
