Very healthy for you as they don't have the oil that most french fry recipes have.
Ingredients:
3 -4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
season salt
garlic salt
cumin
black pepper
Directions:
1. Heat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Cut the potatoes into wedges and cover in all the seasonings.
3. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake about 10-15 minutes, depending on desired crispiness.
