Some semi low cal, extremely healthy granola bars. Never do I like eating something I can't pronounce the ingredients of. Looking at the ingredients on my favorite granola bar told me that what I was eating wasn't total crap, but i didn't know what lecithin was... and it was quite high in calories so I made my own Oats N Honey granola bars. Enjoy! ( If you want to add nuts/chocolate chips/ raisins/etc, add around 1/3 cup of it to this recipe)
Ingredients:
3 cups instant oatmeal
14 ounces 2% milk
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup honey
Directions:

2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
3. In a large bowl, mix together the ingredients with your hands until well blended. Press flat into the prepared pan.
4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, depending on how crunchy you want them. Lightly browned just around the edges will give you moist, chewy bars. Let cool for 5 minutes, cut into squares then let cool completely before serving.
