I've tried these and modified the recipe. The old bar turned out to be more cake like than granola like. I'm hoping this change will fix that problem.
Ingredients:
3 cups old fashioned oats
1/4 cup coconut
3 tablespoons splenda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients together well.
2. Mix wet ingredients together, including splenda (so it will dissolve).
3. Add raisins and chocolate chips.
4. Firmly press into 9x9 pan.
5. Bake 20 minutes at 375F They will look puffy and soft when you take them out.
6. Cut into squares while still warm.
