a yummy and super healthy way to get your sweet cole slaw fix! low calorie, fruity, crunchy, sweet, tangy and DELICIOUS. Only about 35 calories per cup!
Ingredients:
1 cup apple, slices (green and red work best)
2 cups of pre-shredded coleslaw mix
1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt
1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute
Directions:
1. slice the apples into match sticks and add it to the shredded coleslaw mix.
2. stir in the Greek yogurt and Splenda.
3. add water until it is the consistency you like.
