Healthy Fish Tacos 2 Avocado Creama

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper.
  2. Rub mixture on both sides of fish fillet
  3. Pour a tbls of olive oil in a non-stick skillet, heat
  4. Cook fish on both sides till light and flakey.
  5. Deglaze pan with white wine. ( optional)
  6. Chop green onions, mix with coleslaw mix
  7. Make creama
  8. Mash avocado, cilantro, juice of one lime, sour cream and mayo
  9. Add vinegar, add salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Heat corn tortillas over gas flame or in skillet. Take 2 corn tortillas, add some fish, coleslaw mix and top with creama. Enjoy.
  11. For a low carb option, can also be served over a salad( Picture shown)
