No-crust quiche with spinach, ham, bacon and cheese.
Ingredients:
10 oz spinach
4 large eggs
2 large egg whites
3 slices ham
4 tbsp green onion
1/4 cup 2% milk
1/4 cup half & half
2 oz bacon
4 oz cheddar
Directions:
1. Spread cooked spinach over bottom of dish. Chop ham and green onions and spread over spinach
2. In a separate bowl, blend eggs, egg whites and cheese. Add milk and half & haf.
3. Pour eggs over spinach and ham. Cook at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until center is firm.
4. Top with bacon.
