Healthy creamy Tomato Sauce

I came up with this idea when I wanted a vodka sauce without having to blow my calories out of the water just to have 1/4 of a cup. I served mine with Trader Joe's Seafood Sausage and some Soba noodles!
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 small onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, italian (basil, garlic, oregano)
1 1/2 ounces laughing cow cheese, light swiss flavor (2 wedges)
1 tablespoon reduced-fat parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon oregano
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Heat EVOO in skillet and add onion and garlic. Sautee until the onions are translucent.
2. Add can of tomatoes (Juice and all), allow for mixture to come up to heat.
3. Add wedges of cheese, and Parmesan and mix to combine, until cheese is melted and the mixture takes on a light cream sauce look.
4. Add any fix-in's (I like seafood sausage medallions) and serve over pasta!
