Ingredients:
1 cup cornmeal
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon salt
2 egg whites
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup applesauce
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingrients and mix.
2. Combine wet ingredients and mix.
3. Sift in dry into wet and fold in gently.
4. Pour mix into muffin tin (greased or lined with miffin papers)
5. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes (adjust to your oven).
