Ingredients:
150 g margarine
1 cup sugar
1 egg
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup macadamia nuts
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup dried cherries
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup raisins
Directions:
1. Cream butter (or sub) with sugar until light and smooth.
2. Add egg (or sub) and vanilla; beat until smooth.
3. Sift flour and baking powder into mix and stir lightly.
4. Add in oats, macadamia nuts, almonds, cherries, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and raisins; mix until firm.
5. Roll tablespoon sized amounts into balls and place on baking tray (they do grow).
6. Flatten the balls with a fork (if fork sticks to cookies, dip fork in flour).
7. Bake cookies for 25 minutes.
