I have yet to try this, but they seem to be quick, fresh, and delicious bites.
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon milk
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 cup apple, diced
1/2 cup dates, chopped
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup quick oats
Directions:
1. Mix together cream cheese, lemon juice, and milk.
2. Add apples, nuts, and dates.
3. Form into small balls.
4. Roll in oats.
