Healthy Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Combine eggs, applesauce, sugar and vanilla.
  3. Stir in zucchini.
  4. Mix all dry ingredients together and add to wet ingredients. Mix well.
  5. Pour into a non-stick sprayed 9 x 13 pan or 2 non-stick sprayed loaf pans.
  6. Bake 9 x 13 pan for about 35 minutes in preheated oven until done, or 2 loaves about one hour.
  7. Sift powdered sugar over the top if desired.
