A dark, creamy mousse with raw ingredients. Tasty on its own, with fruit, or as icing for raw brownies.
Ingredients:
2 avocados
3 bananas
3/4-1 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup agave nectar
1/2-1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 dash salt
1 dash cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg
Directions:
1. In the food processor, mix avocados, bananas, and agave nectar until smooth. Blend in cocoa to taste. Blend in vanilla, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Serve in cups, with fruit, or use as icing. Enjoy!
