a weight lifter's variation of the deceptively delicious fondue
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 cup avocado
1/2 cup carrot
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup powdered sugar
Directions:
1. mash the avocado.
2. steam and puree the carrots down to 1/4 C.
3. warm the coconut oil until it melts.
4. add the avocado & carrot purees.
5. add sugar, cocoa powder, protein powder, and vanilla.
6. whisk until smooth.
