Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are a delicious alternative to the traditional sugar and fat loaded cookies. A wonderfully sweet chocolate chip cookie you can eat without guilt!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup splenda granular
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup margarine, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 egg white
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. Mix sugars, margarine, vanilla, and egg white in large bowl.
3. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.
4. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack.
