Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yummy cookies that are good for you too!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup softened butter, unsalted
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups unbleached flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Set aside.
3. Combine dry ingredients and mix into wet mix. Stir in cranberries, walnuts, seeds and chocolate chips.
4. Drop heaping tablespoonfuls on lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes Cool on wire rack.
5. Enjoy !
