Ingredients:
1/3 cup regular oats (not instant)
one 25 calorie packet diet hot cocoa mix
1/2 medium banana, mashed
1/8 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)
1 no-calorie sweetner packet (or honey)
dash salt
Directions:
1. Prepare oats as directed on package. In a bowl mix cocoa, cinnamon, sweetener, and salt. Add 1/4 cup hot water and stir thoroughly. Add in oats and mashed banana to cinnamon mixture, mix well.
