Healthy Chicken Margarita Pizza

Fresh Tomato Pizza, also known as Margarita Pizza, is a healthier alternative to the heavier, greasier (though still delicious) regular pizza we all know and love. Even more healthy if using whole wheat flour & extra veggies!
Ingredients:
1/2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 cups water (very warm)
1/2 tbsp. honey
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
90 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup diced tomatoe
5 oz cooked chicken breast
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 1/2 g fresh basil
Directions:
1. Sprinkle yeast into water; add honey, stir and allow to stand 10 minutes. Add flour and work to form dough. Knead and place in lightly oiled bowl. Cover and let rise about 45 minutes. Punch down and spread on pizza pan.
2. Roll out dough. Rub garlic over dough. Spread cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, chicken, and basil leaves.
3. Bake in oven at 350C for 15-25 minutes
