healthy and flavorful burritos for cheap
Ingredients:
250 g corn
411 g stewed tomatoes
3 cups salsa
1 3/5 lb chicken
1/4 cup white rice
1/4 cup brown rice
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. saute chicken in oil
2. in separate pot dump drained tomatoes, salsa, and corn
3. steam rice in steamer
4. when complete combine in pot with veggies and simmer covered for 20 minutes
5. put in tortillas, over a salad, or eat it with a fork
