Healthy Chicken and Potato

Very healthy and low in fat and calories. Chicken, potatoes, and veggies in a stir-fry type thing
Ingredients:
2/3 cup mixed vegetables
2 chicken breasts, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
2 medium potatoes, chopped
Directions:
1. Spray a larg skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Place chopped potatoes in the skillet, and cook for a few minutes.
3. Add the onions and cook until they're turning translucant.
4. Add veggies and chicken, and cook until done.
