Healthy Chicken and Broccoli Lo Mein

Adapted from 's Beef and Broccoli recipe.
Ingredients:
8 ounces thin spaghetti, broken in half
6 tablespoons chicken broth
6 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
4 cups broccoli, chopped
1 onion, sliced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and minced
4 garlic cloves, minced
Directions:
1. Cook noodles to al dente. Drain, and return to pot.
2. In a small bowl, mix broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, and fish sauce.
3. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until no longer pink. Remove meat and set aside.
4. Heat oil in skillet. Add broccoli and onion, and cook for 3 minutes, stirring often. Add a little water and cover the pan. Let broccoli steam until soft.
5. Add ginger and garlic, and cook 30 seconds.
6. Return chicken to the skillet with the broccoli, and add noodles and sauce. Stir until heated through.
