Another favorite, this juice is sweet and tasty. The beet turns the juice into a cool purple color that kids love. Enjoy it.
Ingredients:
2 small apples, cored and cut into wedges
4 carrots, sliced (or shredded)
1 medium beet, cut into wedges (1 cup)
Directions:
1. Wash and scrub fruits and vegetables very well.
2. Blend the apple first, then alternate the carrots and the beet.
3. Serve chilled or over ice and enjoy!.
