Healthy Buffalo Chicken Salad

Love wings? Need a healthy alternative?? I use to eat wings every Wednesday with my boyfriend and his friends and now that I am trying to be more healthy I have had to find an alternative to satisfy my cravings.
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
8 cups romaine lettuce
6 stalks celery
4 hard-boiled eggs
3 cups grape tomatoes
8 tablespoons light blue cheese dressing
Directions:
1. Cut chicken into cubes and cook. Simmer cooked chicken in buffalo chicken sauce. When you buy you wing sauce watch your calories, the brand I bought had zero and low sugar.
2. Wash and cut lettuce.
3. Wash and chop celery.
4. Boil eggs and chop.
5. Wash tomatoes.
6. Mix all together and top with dressing.
