Healthy Buffalo Chicken Fingers

Buffalo chicken tenders that are good and healthy. I never measure these things, so just eyeball them! Have them as an appetizer or a main dish!
Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into finger-sized pieces
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 tsbp garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
buffalo wing sauce
3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients (but not bread crumbs) in a bag.
2. Coat chicken strips in mixture.
3. Put Buffalo wing sauce in a bowl and dip flour coated chicken.
4. Put Panko bread crumbs in a bag and coat chicken.
5. Place on baking stone or cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes 400 degree F.
6. You might want extra wing sauce for dipping!
