Healthy Brownies

brownies done over to be not so bad
Ingredients:
1/4 cup peanut oil
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 cup splenda granular
1/2 cup egg substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup walnuts
Directions:
1. Heat oil and chocolate over low heat until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat.
2. Stir in Splenda.
3. Add egg replacer and vanilla and stir until well blended.
4. Stir together dry ingredients and add to chocolate mixture. Stir in nuts (chopped).
5. Pour into a greased 8 x8 pan.
6. Bake at 325 for 25-35 minutes.
