I invented this milkshake yesterday. I was different from anything else here on Zaar, which surprised me because it’s just so simple.
Ingredients:
3 -4 ounces bananas, sliced
3 -4 ounces blueberries or 3 -4 ounces frozen blueberries
3 -4 ounces yogurt
6 -7 fluid ounces milk
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a blended.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Alternatively, blend in a tall 16-17 fl oz cup using a stick blender.
