Healthy Berry Smoothie

I've not made this, but it looks tasty, healthy and easy, all of which suit me!
Ingredients:
300 g summer fruit
500 ml low-fat milk
1 banana
1 teaspoon clear honey
Directions:
1. Add mixed berries and milk to a blender.
2. Whiz until the mixture is smooth.
3. Cut the banana into chunks and add to the berry mix.
4. Blend again until smooth.
5. This will help to thicken the mixture.
6. Add honey to sweeten, if desired.
